Since 2007, YTDS has worked at the grassroots level to drive long-term social change through its 4E model — Environment, Education, Employment, and Empowerment. While its initiatives impacted thousands of lives, the digital presence failed to reflect this scale. Visitors struggled to understand programs, impact data was scattered, and user journeys lacked clarity, leading to drop-offs before meaningful action.

This structure allowed visitors to understand the organization’s mission at a glance and explore areas aligned with their interests.

To strengthen trust with donors, volunteers, and CSR partners, impact metrics were brought to the forefront. Data points were integrated across the homepage, program pages, and the impact section, ensuring transparency without overwhelming visitors. SEO and Content for Cause Discovery

To improve discoverability, WebLeads optimized the platform for high-intent searches related to NGOs and social initiatives. Content and SEO targeted queries such as NGO in Pune, tree plantation NGO, and women empowerment NGO, supported by improved metadata, internal linking, and performance optimization.
