Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive (Digital Ad Sales)
Role Overview
Webleads is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our digital marketing and advertising business. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and close deals across performance-led digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own prospecting and outreach to agencies, advertisers, and brands
- Understand client goals and pitch tailored digital solutions across web, video, social, mobile, and OTT
- Create proposals in collaboration with marketing, creative, and analytics teams
- Negotiate commercials, terms, and contracts, then close opportunities end-to-end
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and updates while staying sharp on market trends
Key Requirements
- MBA in Marketing (Postgraduate preferred)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or digital marketing sales
- Strong ability to communicate value, handle objections, and drive closures
Core Skills
- Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Clear understanding of digital platforms and performance metrics
- Strong follow-up discipline and comfort in a fast-paced environment
